If loan is obtained through Regions, a finance charge will be applied to the total amount due for your project. This amount varies according to the type of loan obtained and must be included in the amount financed through Regions otherwise the finance charge will be due payable to Dr. Soot Chimney Sweep. Contact our office for the total finance charge amount per loan requested prior to applying for said loan to ensure the finance charge is included in the total amount financed through Regions.
